If the product is found defective, please call +91 97485 55513 or email to email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of products. We will arrange the reverse pickup for the product and then issue a new product to the customer. Please understand replacements are subject to availability of stock.
Please note that no returns would be made if the product has been damaged at your end. Refund requests would be entertained only for any manufacturing defects. Please support your request with the image of the defective product

Refunds are issued by BOUTIQUE89 only when,
1. The order was cancelled BY BOUTIQUE89
2. The customer made a cancellation request and it was accepted by BOUTIQUE89 in line with our Cancellation Policy
3. The customer made a Return request and it was accepted by BOUTIQUE89 in line with our Return Policy
